At Sadi Studio, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products (clothing & fashion items), we follow a strict no refund policy, except in specific cases.
🔄 We Offer Refunds Only If:

You received the wrong item (style, size, or color).

The product was damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund:

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Proof (photo/video) must be shared with our support team.
❌ Refunds Are Not Offered If:

You change your mind after placing the order.

You ordered the wrong size (please refer to our size chart before ordering).

The item has been used or is not in its original condition.
🔄 Exchange Option:
If you're not eligible for a refund, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability.
