Refund Policy – Sadi Studio

At Sadi Studio, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products (clothing & fashion items), we follow a strict no refund policy, except in specific cases.


🔄 We Offer Refunds Only If:

  • You received the wrong item (style, size, or color).

  • The product was damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof (photo/video) must be shared with our support team.


Refunds Are Not Offered If:

  • You change your mind after placing the order.

  • You ordered the wrong size (please refer to our size chart before ordering).

  • The item has been used or is not in its original condition.


🔄 Exchange Option:

If you're not eligible for a refund, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability.
